Process manufacturing is the branch of manufacturing that is associated with formulas and manufacturing recipes, and can be contrasted with discrete manufacturing, which is concerned with bills of material and routing.

The simplest and easiest way to grasp the definition of process manufacturing is to recognize that, once an output is produced by this process, it cannot be distilled back to its basic components. In other words, "once you put it together, you cannot take it apart".

 Injection Moulding

In injection moulding, molten plastic is forced from a heated cylinder under pressure into a cavity of a confined mould. The part is then cooled, solidified and removed. We use injection moulding in producing caps, closures, and jars.

With injection moulding technology, we can maintain the quality of product in large amount of demand. As it is a fast process and is used to produce large number of identical items from high precision engineering components to disposable consumer goods.

 Extrusion Blow moulding

In the standard blow moulding process, a warm plastic parison (hollow tube) is placed between the two halves of a mould cavity and air pressure forces the plastic into the precise shape of the cavity.

We used blow moulding machines in producing bottles up to 5000ml from PE and PP materials. With the large number of standard machines, the company has excellent production flexibility. For example, several slightly different types of bottle can be run in parallel for shorter lead times.

 Printing & Labelling

 U.V Silk Screen

The company's printing department can print round, flat and flat-oval bottles and offer multi-pass printing of several colours to very tight tolerances, using latest technology which is UV printing technology. Silkscreen offers bright, firm colours for striking designs.

 Shrink Wrap

Full 360-degree wrap around coverage on bottles of any shape and size using full-body shrink wrap is also offered in here.

 Hot Stamping

Hot stamping is the process of transferring a very thin coating (typically metallic) onto paper or plastic through a combination of heat and pressure.

  Labeling

We offer custom labeling that adds value to our supply services. Any customer-supplied pressure sensitive labels, including sleeve labels and die cut labels, can be applied to customer specifications.
